About Cantor Redfern
Education
Cantor Redfern received a cantorial certificate from the Belz School of Jewish Music, Yeshiva University. Additionally he has studied at Lincoln Square Yeshiva, New York City Talmud and Shulchan Aruch, Hebrew Arts School of Music and Dance; Jewish Music Teachers Training Kollel of San Diego, Yeshiva Ner Israel, Baltimore MD. Cantor Redfern studies chazanut and voice with Cantor Daniel Gildar.Professional Experience
Cantor Redfern has served as Shaliach Tsibur in congregations throughout the United States and Canada for over twenty years. He officiates at life cycle events, trains Bar and Bat Mitzvah students, instructs people in prayer chanting, Torah and Haftorah chanting. He trains student in proper use of the voice.Honors & Awards
